Managing Director
Stella Kammitsi
A qualified lawyer, member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1992. She has her own legal practice and she is also the Managing Director of the corporate fiduciary service provider company, Raza Corporate Services Ltd.
Her main area of expertise is Cyprus and international corporate, commercial, banking and trust law. She has been for many years the legal adviser of an international banking unit in Cyprus and other international companies and after that she was the Head of the International Corporate Department of Chryssafinis and Polyviou LLC (the oldest and one of the largest firms in Cyprus) where she had started her career in 1992 by initially being extensively involved in the Litigation Department.
Stella is a member to the boards of various companies and associations including, inter alia, the board of STEP Cyprus (where she has been the Secretary for six years and currently she is the Deputy Chairwoman) and the board of BPW Cyprus, of which she is the President of the Legal Affairs. She has also been for two years the President of the Cyprus Women Lobby. Furthermore in July 2016 she has been appointed by the Cyprus Council of Minister as Vice-Chairwoman of the Housing Finance Corporation (“HFC”) and in January 2019 she has been appointed as Chairwoman of HFC, a position which she is currently holding.
She is participating in various local and international conferences as a speaker and is also organising, amongst others, a very successful international conference every year in Cyprus with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry of which is the Co-Chairwoman.
She has an extensive professional network both locally and internationally which assists in her business development and at the same time accommodates the needs of her clients worldwide.
Stella holds a Law Degree (LLB (Honours)) from the University of Leicester in 1990 and an LLM in International Banking Law from Boston University, School of Law in 1991. She had graduated from a French Catholic High School, St, Joseph, and as result knows the French language as well in addition to Greek and English.
She has been for several consecutive years, 2015 - 2018, on the IFC Powerwomen Top 200 list of Citywealth.
