The Company Administration services include the provision of registered address, nominee directorship and nominee shareholding as well as secretarial services.

In order for our firm to be able to provide any of the above services the client will be requested to review and complete a Questionnaire and provide the required documentation. These are requirements under Cyprus law, rules and regulations.

The provision of these services are subject to receiving all required KYC information and documentation.

To expedite matters our Firm has already approved company names for those clients that urgently need to have a Cyprus registered company.

We incorporate Cyprus private trustee companies (PTCs) which can act as trustees for Cyprus local or international Trusts. Furthermore, we provide all the required administration services for the PTCs in carrying out their duties as Trustees including providing the services of directors, secretary and registered office and in administering the Trusts.

Our Firm is an authorised introducer with various local and international banks and can assist its clients in the opening and administration of bank accounts. 

 A company incorporated outside Cyprus may establish a branch or representative office in Cyprus provided that within one month from the date of such establishment it registers itself as an overseas company with the Cyprus Company Registrar. This does not amount to the creation of a new legal entity in Cyprus; the entity incorporated abroad simply has a branch, through the overseas company, in Cyprus and may operate through it for its international activities. 

Our Firm can provide assistance on two types of re-domiciliations:

• Transfer of domicile or “re-domiciliation” of companies from Cyprus to another jurisdiction.
• Transfer of domicile or “re-domiciliation” of companies to Cyprus from another jurisdiction.
